Technological advance has put us in a trance and now there is no sense of rhyme

Throughout our space and time we’ve searched for that sign that there’s still something left to

We’ve questioned our behavior and fallen in disfavor from trying so hard to overachieve.

Now awaken to the leaves, the forest before the trees, fall asleep to the mystery of a dream


If that isn’t proof, there’s a pessimist aloof, if you need evidence of truth

the way attract, the way we interact, it is the spark that keeps us in pursuit

We could survive but the reasons that we thrive are due to what we feel within.

It is that bond, that drives us to push on and brings hope when each day begins.
